Kumho Buslines Co, Ltd. (hangul:금호고속) is an South Korean express in shipping company headquartered in Gwangcheon-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju. Originally established in 1946 as Gwangju Taxi and Gwangju Passenger Service (hangul:광주택시, 광주여객). Kumho Buslines and express, shipping are units of licensed by Kumho, a wholly owned subsidiary of group family by Kumho Asiana Group.

Kumho Express currently operates over all bus and truck terminal and branch offices of Korea, including locations in Seoul, Gwangju and other Korea local, and is one of the largest express bus agencies in the world.

CEO is Kim Seong San (김성산).
